A Louisville-based community offering workshops and creative events for poets of all levels.

Golden Hours was founded in 2023 on the belief that poetry was never meant to become such an inaccessible and solitary art form.

While American capitalism continuously restricts adult creativity and connectivity, Golden Hours aims to do the opposite:

we want to help you feel safe, expansive, and confident in your ability to write and share with others.

So, Sunshine (founder) combines her own clinical and creative backgrounds to facilitate writing workshops that are approachable, inclusive, and playful.

Our writing workshops are free and hosted monthly (in-person) in Louisville KY.
